What to Expect
As an artist, I understand your flowers hold sentimental value, which is why I can only accept so many bouquets at one time. Please know and understand that your bouquets are handled with the upmost care throughout the entire preservation process! Once I receive your flowers, my turn around time is 8 to 16 weeks.
What to Expect
There is a $50 nonrefundable deposit included in the price of booking. This will be invoiced to you via email after your purchase along with a purchase agreement. This deposit is applied towards the cost of materials needed to complete your design as well as reserving and keeping your spot on my calendar. Due to the shortage in supply of resin and materials, this fee is non-negotiable and nonrefundable. Should you have a wedding cancellation or need to re-schedule, please email us at email@example.com.
Expect color changes on most of your flowers. Some flowers dry with a darker hue. (For example red flowers get darker and white roses turn ivory, hot-pink flowers turn purple, hydrangeas normally don't retain their shape, and some flowers show translucent spots on the petals due to bruising and exposure.
Due to the nature of resin, some flowers produce more bubbles than others, and small pockets of air may be formed. We use state-of-the-art casting resins that have UV inhibitors in them that will delay the change in color, however, all epoxy will eventually yellow to some degree. A yellow amber-look can be expected. We do not recommend that you leave your item in direct sunlight as this will cause discoloration.
Book with us as soon as you know the date of your event or service! The non-refundable deposit must be paid to reserve your date. You will receive a confirmation contract along with packaging/postage instructions through e-mail once you have booked your wedding date. A video link can be provided for those who wish to discuss their design in detail upon request.
